Attention all units, 2365 was on 12 Hull from the area of Main Street and 16th Avenue. Hull, north and south on Main Street, reference, the vehicle has doubled back a couple of times. The electric blue Toyota Camry, unable to advise the tag. We believe the person is intoxicated. Vehicle's all over the roadway, has a Florida plate. It's not being followed. The last complaint it saw was that it was turning into a public parking lot. 10-48, 1649 hours.
