59. Cascade Park Gardens, 4347 South Union. Occurred almost an hour ago with two residents. Suspect is a Tammy Hoover. She's a white female born in 59, 55, 230, with gray and brown hair, wearing a green shirt and rubbing green pants. She used a cloth to try and strangle another resident. They're separated now.
