1. Priority animal complainant, Great Clips at 3810 North 1st Avenue. It's going to be closer to Great Clips, but it's actually on a schnook slot. Check for a white Jeep. Two to three dogs with windows almost up. Vehicle is not letting. Dogs do seem in distress. Animal control is responding but also requesting EPD. At 3810 North 1st Avenue.
