10-7 is calling from CVS, 87 Sunset Avenue. It's a reference to an unwanted subject refusing to leave. White male, black sweatshirt, blue jeans, with a female subject wearing a white sweater. They're being disrespectful and have been asked to leave. 10-4, I'm 36. 10-4.
