With the trailer, wheel is wobbly, the right barrier kept going. Looks like it exited State Street. White male, elderly, was still driving. Is he still pulling? Negative. A local unit has eyes. They're going to go 10-60. I copy. I'll be 17 for 1900 West and 50 First.

All units, 1063 attempt to locate, 1059 hit the wall, kept driving. 70 West, I-80 Westbound, that's about State Street, I-80 Westbound. This is going to be a U-Haul truck with a trailer swerving. Looks like one of the wheels is wobbly. It hit the right wall from the right lane. Again, kept driving. Elderly white male.
