Community cat. Looks taken care of. May have a fabulous cat lady in area tending. He has been TNR'd. Just because friendly does not mean he needs to be removed from his area. Look around for a cat person. They probably have answers. The cats I tend to are fixed and most are very healthy. Some friendly because of time I have spent with them. But they don't want to be picked up or relocated. And some cats get TNR'd simply because they were left behind by their family and someone was fixing cats in area. He is a handsome one
My cat took off for a month I thought he died somewhere then suddenly he came back all dirty … maybe this guy will find his way back home soon 🙏
