over at 1154 Fairfield from someone who lives in the area and accepts contact, concerned that there are three Hispanic males cutting down a city tree in power lines, utilizing a white truck with a lift that doesn't appear to be a city truck. I'm not sure if they discussed the possibility of like a subcontractor, but they'd like us to check 1154 Fairfield.
