Uh, southbound Stoughton Road at East Washington Avenue. Only a single caller on this. There was a black male in his 20s wearing a black jacket, a black face mask, and black bottoms. Was running in traffic. He had, he had his hand on a gun that was on his hip. And this was, caller said he looks like he just committed a crime, the way he was touching a gun and running.
