I'm en route with Engine 62 to a code 1 fall at 3575 Southwest, 174th Avenue, apartment 303. That's Cedar Rising Apartments. Crosses are Alexander and TV Highway. The patient's a 70-year-old male, conscious, difficulty breathing but able to speak in full sentences, is currently down on the floor. He's alone in the apartment. Says the fire department knows how to get in. He is not happy with our question.
