We have a major disturbance at 3118 West Northwest Highway. Disturbance is going to be with a homeless white male wearing a white shirt, maroon pants, throwing water and making a mess inside the business. Suspect is walking on the Northwest Highway towards Webb Chapel. He's going in and out of business.
