1127, 1131 to back. Suspicious person, Carroll Island Road and Eastern Avenue. Carroll Island and Eastern Avenue. Caller said that they're reporting a subject who's possibly impersonating the officer. They said they believe the subject's apparently an officer but thinks the subject doesn't know he's impersonating the officer. And a green Chevy Suburban with lights around the vehicle. They're driving towards White Marsh.
