Dispatches person at 11, well, it's at the park right near 1123 Ford Avenue. Caller's an elderly female and states that there's a black male at the park morning, noon, and night. She thinks he's been living there. He's been sleeping there. She said she wakes up in the morning and wants to walk around her yard and is afraid because he's out there, has anger issues, always yelling and hollering at people.
