Lakeview Village Apartments, 6311 Maywood Avenue. 17th calling about a white Jeep, possibly a four SUV type vehicle. Last seen using, looks like it's driving around in circles possibly. Just last seen driving over the curb towards the quick trip. 17th can still hear the music in the background.
