355, 110th Avenue Northeast, the Summit Towers, building A. Unknown unit. RP is concerned the subject is going to commit suicide. Subject's a Barku Namshir, 10-24-2007. He, as in the subject, stated he cut his hand and forearm four times and is currently bleeding out. He's cutting himself with a knife.
