Black male driver, 40-50 years old, slumped over in his seat and would move, wakes up for a second, and falls back asleep. It's been here since about 3 a.m. And there is 3500 paraphernalia on the passenger seat, no weapons. 30, clear this out and put me on King and Holmes.
