Units en route on that hit-and-run. They followed the suspect to a dead-end. Suspect vehicle is going to be a gray and black Honda sedan, Charles Frank Edward 5334. It's a dead-end on a Honda Accord, registered out of Bellevue. It should be about 111 Ave Northeast and Northeast 110 Street.
