Broadcasting from out of the 3rd District. 3rd District attempted to pull over a vehicle they saw fleeing from the area of 5841 Broadway. They found over by City Trends over there that a vehicle tied a rope to a door and used the vehicle to pull the door off. Possibly a red Nissan sedan. Last seen, last seen north on Engle. Real Time says 420 miles per hour.
