You can check for an intoxicated female walking westbound on 14 near Gratiot, south side of the street, wearing a burgundy sweater and jeans. Appeared intoxicated. She was laying in the middle of the roadway at one point. Caller tried asking her if she was okay. She said that she was out of jail and was having a rough day.
