142 responding to the still tones for bleeding, 1050 Fremont Street, the Anthony Senior Apartments, apartment 101, cross of Dalton Avenue and Walnut Street, for a 79-year-old male, conscious talking, however, breathing is like panting currently. Advised that he has cellulitis in his foot and is bleeding from the foot and ankle. Comes and goes like he's out of it. It's on a coming in and cannot feel his, cannot lift his legs.
