Both cars, make a no WI, Kenwood and Rosewood Apartments, 211 East McKinley Avenue. 211 East McKinley Avenue, caller advises there's some sort of dark car that is blocking traffic in the parking lot. It appears that there's an intoxicated female, excuse, laying down on the sidewalk and then gets in the car toward the end of the parking lot somewhere.
