Check your screen for a 10-37 at St. Charles. It's going to be at Woodmere Elementary, 751 Stonebridge. RP says that there were three juvies on e-bikes near the location, and they were flashing lights at the RP. RP said it was a scary encounter, did not elaborate, and they were last seen towards the park.
