In the intersection, white male, middle age, medium height, red hat, black shirt, gray shirt, saw an unknown object, possibly a knife, standing on the corner, harassing, passing vehicles and appeared to be in a verbal with an unknown 101. Subject also possibly seems to be on 237 David. Nobody for contact. It's 2004. Is there a unit to follow?
