Disturbance just occurred, 27th and Yankee Hill on the southwest corner. Caller says that there were two juveniles, white shirts, standing on the corner throwing water balloons at passing vehicles about seven ago. Unknown if they're nice or no weapons. Caller thought they were trying to hit their window. The last seen headed southwest towards the golf course. 27 and Yankee.
