3412. 3412. Palm Restaurant at 5996 Center Avenue. I'll confirm it's a complainant wants to be seen. Reporting a male walked in the restaurant, was acting erratically. Going to be a black male, wearing all black clothing, wearing a hat as a mask. He then left, headed up Highland Avenue towards this.
