We had an original call from 9061 New Classic Court, which is a care home for a subject who is upset about a vehicle parking in front of the location. This call was generated by the neighbor across the street, and they parked their vehicle on the street and then came out and started coloring on it with a crayon, and he is now hitting it with a rock.
