Emergency 12, Frank 23, just be advised, we just got a merge at 4890 North Backer for a physical disturbance. Advising that somebody was getting beat up by another male and the victim was laying in front of building 21. Suspect description for that call is going to be Hispanic male wearing a gray t-shirt and khaki shorts. He was on a bike, unknown color. The RP did advise that he went across the street to the other side of the apartment.
