11-46, 11-40 for your 43, send it down neglect in progress. 1330 Martin Boulevard, 1330 Martin Boulevard. It's the Target, Cross Streets, Middle River Road and Winless Drive. 10-17, caller Madison advises there are two kids unattended in front of the Target. One's an 11-year-old male and the other one is a toddler. Caller said they were in the parking area and now they're in front of the store with no adult nearby. Now she's advising they just got into a black vehicle. There may be an adult inside, but she's not sure. It's a black sedan with tinted windows.
