11, per the employee at the BP Kenosha Travel Plaza, 11800 Burlington Road, 11800 Burlington Road. States there was a female, white, about 20 to 30 years old, wearing all black, bought some seltzers and seemed a little weird. Was sitting at a pump, attempting to pump but was acting off. States she just left in a black car with a Wisconsin plate, Boy Adam Frank 8964. Unknown direction. Caller does not need to be seen. 10-4.
