300 South 1st Street, 300 South number 1 Street. Caller said that there was a male that had stolen from the location before outside, refusing to leave. Said he was wearing a white hat and black Louder Than Life shirt, black shorts and teal colored shoes, drinking from alcoholic beverage. Caller said that the subject inside has beef with him because he's dealing with his ex.
