813 to 14, this is your 43. This area is traffic hazard. East Joppa, Paring. East Joppa, road to Paring Parkway. It looks like it's been about 20 minutes now. And then a black Lexus with a tag of Mary, Sam Lincoln, 2664. It was driving erratically and possibly smoking. So they were last been turning one to Paring from Joppa and possibly got either 1695 towards Essex or on Paring towards the city.
