Well, the fire department showed up and two paramedic looking people went over talk to the person that was laying on the ground and that black male got up and walked away west on Washington, so not really sure what that was about. But it was very nice of the good Samaritan to call somebody to get him some help.

Yes there鈥檚 a person in the ground by the bus stop. Hopefully ambulance is on the way.
