2388 North Main, apartment 2204. Caller advised that there's a little kid, possibly around 3 years old, that's been outside for 2 hours. He has a Cars t-shirt on and is wearing a diaper. She advised that the little kid ran into her apartment, thinking it was his, and then back out.
