Attention, state units, state units, BLL, reckless driver, northbound on Mission from Baseline. State units, state units, BLL, reckless driver, northbound on Mission from Baseline. Caller was following the vehicle out of Mount Pleasant with no lights on. They didn't turn their lights on until River Road. Continued northbound, swerving in and out of their lane and into oncoming traffic. Black SUV, possible registration. Frank, Boy, Tom, 852, FBT, 852. Again, continuing northbound from Baseline. Control, it's clear, 2026.
