Let me just take a ride at 1827 North Marshfield. City worker's calling in and says that he's being followed by a pedestrian who said he wouldn't be handing out parking tickets. The male was making threats to him. The male, Black, last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, unknown weapon. 10-4. Thanks.
