Attention, units on the Akwa Takki broadcast for a 23103 westbound 580, just east of Eden Canyon for a white Tesla, described as the smaller one. Driver appears to be asleep at the wheel. She's a female, white, female, blonde, leaning against the side door and laid back in the seat. Going about 70 miles an hour. Plate of 9, Sam, Henry, Nora, 094. Returning clear in a 25 Tesla four-door out of Richmond. Time element's going to be about 2, westbound 580 east of Eden. And again, a white Tesla with a plate of 9.
