I'm showing the suspect lives at 3215 Mount Vernon Avenue. It's a 55-year-old black male. He has an LAO notified, had a bag of marijuana inside the fuel door of a car. Also had a baseball bat with spikes drilled into it in the trunk of his vehicle. He's also on probation.
