It's going to be at 27650 Tombo Parkway in the Walmart parking lot. Reporting advised, there's a dog in a vehicle that appears to be in distress, panting and whining and trying to get people's attention. The car is off. The windows are slightly cracked. It's going to be parked in the road that says home and pharmacy. It'll be a beige Ford F-150, license plate X-ray Boy Victor 7386.
