Susan with staff states, patient Sherry, 81-year-old white female wearing a pink shirt, black pants, is highly combative and throwing dishes. She does have dementia, denied weapons, drinking or drugs. Additional staff member reporting the same info. 3 Adam 84. Clear. Adam 87.
