8 Edward 31, 8 Edward 43, Trouble at your Kroger, 8421 Wynton. It's a return run for a CA complainant in reference to two male Blacks. First one's wearing black pants and a black hoodie. Second is carrying a black backpack, black shorts, black shirt, selling candy on the property. One's in the parking lot. The other is by the corner of the building. It's an ongoing issue. 8 Edward 31 and 43. 43, we're clear.
