And 51 Alpha, 52 Bravo. It's a suspicious circumstance at 1st Avenue and MLK Street North. 1 and MLK. It's going to be in front of engine number 9. Complainant's advising a male tried to open her car door about 1 to 2 minutes ago and then walked away mumbling. There are no weapons. Black male in his 20s, 6 foot, thin build, wearing an orange shirt and unknown color consumption pants. Last seen heading northbound on 9th Street. Now he's just walking around in a parking lot nearby. Looks like we're having a little bit of a hard time understanding. The caller they've asked is on service. Still getting further at 1759.
