Charlie 641, 37. Disturbance, 8637 North Central. Gonna be disturbance over a minor collision. Suspect, 50-year-old, Black male, black shirt, brown pants, arguing and yelling at a complainant. Complainant being a white Mercedes, GLC 300. Suspect's gonna be in a white Tesla sedan. Gonna be parked outside of that valet line outside of the driveway.
