Got an AD cardiac arrest, 9600 Chesapeake Boulevard, apartment 22. Complainant states that her 70-year-old husband is on the floor, not breathing, not conscious. She can't get him rolled over on his back. He's on his lane, face down. We do have medicine en route, just having trouble getting him turned over.
