460, 463 on a verbal domestic, 328 Elm Street, 328 Elm, cross of Burnett and Holly. It's been called in by a Jamie Brooks, states that a resident there, Arfasa Holly, 30s Black male versus their ex-girlfriend, a Mejia Gray, 26-year-old Black female. No weapons, no intoxication. Looks like they're currently arguing near a red Hyundai Elantra, I believe out in the driveway. Have it out.
