Dispatch to all Longmeadow units, BOLO out of MSP requesting Longmeadow PD to BOLO for a vehicle started on 91 North. Vehicle took exit 2 into Longmeadow, road rage, incident, throwing stuff at other vehicles, and brake checking. 4YSB24, last PC plate is attached to a newer model, black Escalade, if found, stop, hold, ID, operator.
