Code 2, right by for the suspicious person, 98 Lake Vista. 231, start from the distance. 231, 10-4. This is going to be for the male with a ski mask dragging a crying female with a black male and a black female. The male was wearing black shirt and blue jeans. Female was in a black tank top, black bonnet, possibly had a tan or navy purse. He was also holding his waist while he was dragging her. Thought he might have been dragging her behind the apartment complex towards Britton.
