You’d be surprised at the low speeds a car can flip on, combined with a high curb.
Not only that. Beyond high center of gravity all these AWD, especially the incredibly torquey EV/Hybrids can easily turn rubbing wheels at 5mph into climbing up the side of the other car enough to tip over. Very easily if the driver panics and hits the gas on reflex OR the jolt just throws their weight on the gas pedal. There are vids out there of low-speed flips that almost look like those toy cars that flip by themselves.
