Ray King Paul 6248. Again, Ray King Paul 6248. 10-4. 2012 Boulder Court. RP is out of town watching cameras. Says there's an older white male, tall, skinny, in a brown outfit. Said he's driving around in a black SUV, unknown 28. Said he's trying to steal packages from people's porch. Talked to him through the camera, and he's still in the area. 10-4. 10-4. I'll advise if I need further.
