01. 4301, water main break in front of 1110 3rd Street, between Bailey and Brooks. Ernest Pritchard calling, not willing to meet. States that he already notified Aqua, just wants police to come by and check out the water main break. Looks like water's coming up from the roadway along with asphalt, possibly causing a hazard as well.
