3100 block of Kanawha Avenue Southeast. We've got a caller saying there's a male on a raft in the river. Appears to be half deflated. The male doesn't appear to be in any distress. Posted he's washing through binoculars. Hasn't made any sort of contact with this guy. Just wants, wants him checked on.
