Copy an animal complaint, 333 West Newell Street. 333 West Newell between Midland and Kenmore. Mary Santiago is calling. She is looking to meet. She speaks Spanish. We're using buoyance. States her neighbor's dog is on the roof currently. There's approximately 10 dogs in the residence. The dog is on the rear roof of the building and looks like it may jump. She's previously reported all of this to animal control, but now the dog's in danger. The neighbors are possibly a Tamara, unknown last, 34-year-old white female and her partner, a Sierra Garner, 34-year-old black female.1454.
